As of today, Xi’an has 8 metro lines, making it 9th in line for the longest metro (in terms of track length) nationwide.
目前，西安5、6、9三条地铁线将于年底前相继开通，届时，西安开通了地铁线路将达8条(含西安机场城际铁路)，总里程数将跃至全国第9。

Fangzhicheng Railway Station – Innovation Harbour of Xi’an Jiatong University
(Identification Color: Green )
Xi’an metro line 5 will establish a connection between Fangzhicheng Railway Station and Innovation Harbor of Xi’an Jiaotong University from east to west with a total length of 45 kilometers (28 miles), and 34 stops. Passengers can go to Qinglong Temple, Small Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang West Market by this line. Xi’an subway line 5 now offers a transfer point to line 2, 3 and 4.

South Railway Station – Fangzhicheng

Xi’an metro line 6 runs southwest – northeast between South Railway Station and Fangzhicheng Station via 32 stations, covering 39.6 kilometers (25 miles). The first phrase from South Railway Station to South Laodong Road is now open, passing by Xibu Avenue, Zhangba 1st Road and Keji Road, etc. The second phrase from Fengqing Road to Fangzhicheng will open in late 2021, passing by Bell Tower, Dachaishi and Xingqing Road, etc.
地铁6号线一期工程为西南至东北走向，线路总长约20.1公里，贯穿高新区，连通长安、碑林及雁塔区，线路南起西安南站，北到西北工业大学站，共设车站15座（含换乘站6座）。车辆采用B型车，6辆编组，最高运行速度80公里/小时，一期投入25列电客车。受国铁西安南站建设影响，先期开通西安国际医学中心站至西北工业大学站，含车站13座，共计15.6公里。

Xi’an metro line 9 runs between Fangzhicheng and Qinhan Avenue via 15 stations including Lintong University City, Huaqing Pool and Guangchang Road. It runs from southwest to northeast, covering 30.6 kilometers (20 miles).
地铁9号线西起纺织城站，东至临潼区秦陵西站，线路全长25.29公里，共设车站15座（其中换乘站3座），均为地下线，与已运营的1号线在纺织城站换乘。车辆采用B型车，6辆编组，最高运行速度80公里/小时，全线投入29列电客车。

5号线创新港站首末班车发车时间分别为6:00、22:50，阿房宫南站（马腾空方向）首班车发车时间为6:00，马腾空站首末班车发车时间分别为6:00、23:15，全天运营服务时间18小时28分钟。
6号线一期西安国际医学中心首末班车发车时间分别为6: 00、23: 00, 西北工业大学首末班车发车时间分别为6: 15、23: 15，全天运营服务时间17小时43分。
9号线纺织城站首末班车发车时间为6:30、22:00；秦陵西站首末班车发车时间为6:30、22:30，全天运营服务时间16小时42分钟。

票制票价
The ticket price for the newly opened lines is 2 to 12RMB, depending on the distance.
5号线、6号线一期、9号线开通运营后执行现行地铁票制，线网最低票价为2元，5号线创新港站到马腾空站全程票价8元，6号线一期西安国际医学中心到西北工业大学站全程票价5元，9号线纺织城站到秦陵西全程票价6元，线网最高票价12元。
