Xi'an Daming Palace

Xi’an Daming Palace

Built in the seventh century, Daming Palace in Xi’an was the

best-known imperial palace during the Tang Dynasty. Most of

the 21 Tang emperors lived and ruled from its splendor.

Construction of the Daming Palace National Heritage Park takes

one year and costs 40 billion yuan. It opened to the public

in October 2010.
